This Tesla Model 3, Tesla Model Y custom tow hook kit is made of T6 lightweight aluminum with anodized blue color tow ring attaches to the rod with a jam nut. The installation is super easy, simply remove the tow eye cover and twist in the rod and attach on the tow ring. The tow hook ring can be folded 90 degrees to a down position when not in use and will also minimize injuries from protruding hooks for people walking and working around the vehicle.
Mainly for aesthetic purpose. For actual towing, we recommend you still use the vehicle’s OEM tow hook.
