Condition

I have updated my rating scale in January of 2025. The new scale that I am using rates different parts of the watch on a scale between N-R-10-1. From the highest to lowest rankings, they mean the following: N= Brand New, R= Refurbished (polished and looks new, no replaced parts), 10= Like new (store display, may have small handling marks, possibly unworn), 9= Like new (may have been worn a handful of times), 8= Excellent, 7= Very Good, 6-5= Good, 4-3= Less than Good, 2-1= Poor. Any noteworthy issues or concerns will also be listed by the numerical grade for each part of the watch. Lastly, I do not give the dial/hands a numerical grade, but a few descriptive words, as I think it is important to note the dial/hand condition as well.

General Item Condition

Watches: Watches are typically sold in the condition I receive them in. Watches may be cleaned through a noninvasive procedure that includes the removal of the movement, ultrasonic cleaning of the case and band, steam cleaning of the case and band, and reassembling of the watch. Watches listed as refurbished have had the case and band polished, as well as the crystal if applicable. The bright lighting and flash in the picture taking process makes fingerprints and small scratches look much more severe than in person, watches often look better in person. If a watch has excess micro scratching, it will be noted above. Watches that are water rated for resistance have not been tested, and have not had gaskets replaced unless mentioned above. I always advise caution before using a watch in water, especially vintage pieces where gaskets may have worn out. Any notable damage or issues would be noted above.
Jewelry: The majority of the jewelry I sell is sold in the condition that I receive it in. Some items may be cleaned via an ultra-sonic cleaner and steam cleaning machine. Silver items may be dipped in silver cleaner. I try to refrain from doing this unless absolutely necessary to avoid any possible damage to the stones. Due to the nature of silver jewelry, depending on when it was listed and how long it has been, the watch may arrive with tarnish or toning not shown in the pictures. Gold pieces may be polished to remove scratches prior to listing, unless it is a brand name piece. Please note that the bright lighting and camera flash can make tarnish on silver jewelry look like rust, and make a brushed finish look like intense micro scratching on gold. Pieces often arrive in better condition than the pictures make them out to be. 
Other: All other items I have for sale are in the original state and condition I received them in.

Payment

All payments must be completed on eBay, via eBay’s managed payment system. I am not interested in PayPal, Cash, Check, etc. Please do not ask to conduct the transaction outside of eBay, the answer is no.
Typically the list price is the best price I can sell my items for. I work on very small margins, and price my items to sell quick. If I am accepting offers, I will have the “Make and Offer” feature enabled on the listing. Please do not message me with lowball offers, which may result in you getting blocked.
Payment time for Auction items: Please pay within 48 hours of winning an auction. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the auction ending, and you have not communicated anything to me, I will assume you are not interested in paying for the item and will cancel the transaction on your behalf. If you need longer to pay, up to 96 hours, please message me, I have no problem waiting and am willing to work with you. This is for all auctions, for both domestic and international buyers. 
Payment time for Buy it Now items: Payment is due at the time of purchase, no exceptions.
Physical Store: I often get asked if I have a physical store where payment can be made, and the item picked up. The answer to this is no. I am 100% online, and do not have a brick and mortar store or accept payment outside of eBay.

Shipping

Handling time: I will ship within 1 day of getting payment, often times same day if payment is made early enough.
Domestic Shipping: The 50 US States and Territories.
International Shipping: Available through the eBay International Shipping Program. The eBay International Shipping Program price is calculated by adding up the domestic shipping price (often free), the international shipping price, item purchase price, currency conversion fee, and any import taxes or VAT that will be due. I have no control over the price through this program. This will significantly speed up the package clearing customs in your home country. International buyers who manage to circumvent the international shipping program can expect very high shipping charges, as I will only ship direct via FedEx International Priority with signature confirmation and insurance, starting at $150, plus import taxes and customs which will fall on the responsibility of the buyer.
Signature Confirmation: If the package being shipped totals more than $750 (including tax and shipping), eBay requires that signature confirmation is used on the shipment. I may add signature confirmation on lower valued packages as well, especially for newer eBay accounts, or accounts with lower feedback. Please do not ask for this to be removed, as it adds an additional level of protection for both the buyer and myself.
Combined shipping: I always do my best to combine shipping. Typically, I can add additional items to the same package for no additional cost, but sometimes additional items add weight/ volume which slightly increases the postage cost. Please wait for a combined invoice prior to paying, if you pay before requesting/ receiving a combined invoice, you may not get the combined shipping discounts (despite the items being mailed together). Some items are too bulky or have other constraints, and I cannot offer combined shipping on them, I typically note this in the upper portion of the description so that you are aware. Combined shipping is not guaranteed, but I always do my best for my customers.
I may upgrade shipping services (free of charge for the buyer) up to my discretion, often times for more valuable/ bulkier items. This may mean sending via FedEx or UPS instead of the standard USPS, if this is an issue for any reason, please message me prior to purchasing. 
The majority of my items are shipped in padded envelopes. I have shipped over 20,000 items without an issue, so please trust the process. Items more susceptible to braking will be shipped with adequate protection. If you have a specific request for how you want an item shipped, please message me prior to purchasing.

Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied for whatever reason, please let me know and I will do my best to rectify the issue.
Feedback is also very important to me because I am a small business on eBay. I will leave you positive feedback, I do feedback in batches every few weeks, so please be patient. Returns

Returns are accepted, unless otherwise stated above in the item description (red). Returns are not allowed for items that are sold for parts/ repair, or for items sold AS-IS. I will accept the return if there is damage from shipping and will also refund you if your package is lost in transit (after an investigation has been opened and adequate time has passed). Please contact me before sending anything back!
Bullion and Coin: returns are not accepted. 
Watch and Jewelry: returns within 14 days.
All other item: returns within 30 days. 
Please be honest in your return reasons. Returns for the following reasons are significantly damaging to seller accounts: doesn’t match description or photos, wrong item, missing parts or pieces, not working or defective, arrived damaged, and not authentic. I offer free returns, so please be mindful when selecting the return reason. Even a few incorrect returns could cost a seller thousands of dollars in extra fees over the course of a year. 
Items returned in a different condition/ a used condition/ or incomplete are subject to a deduction up to 50% depending on the loss of value. This is not common, but does happen from time to time.
Partial refunds will not be given.
